Surface

Polished,bright,without traces after acid and alkaline washing.

No cracks,pinholes,peeling,pressure off,metal or non-metallic inclusions.

Outward appearance

The Roughness is ≤1.2%.Plate edge should be cut neatly,no cracks,no curling,allowing a slight burr.The four feet should be cut into rectangular, oblique cut should be within the tolerance.

Features

Good heat exchanging performance. Although the thermal conductivity of titanium is low than the carbon steel and copper,but as the excellent corrosion resistance of titanium,the thickness of the plate can be greatly thinned,and the heat exchanging style of water wapor in the surface is dropwise condensation and it reduces thermal resistance.Without scaling in the surface of the titanium plate can reduce thermal resistance too.
